After the closing of the Buy or Bid sale!
What to do after the closing of the sale.
1./ Please check My Buy or Bid Watch List
Please check within 2 to 24 hours after closing the status of your bids and offers in My Buy-or-Bid Watch List
Bids between the BidAsk spread are automatically accepted.
Items purchased at the Buy price and bids between the BidAsk spread are automatically accepted and added to your invoice.
The invoice is available in the Invoice & Certificates Center 2 hours after the closing.
- A bid made below the BidAsk spread and accepted by the seller can be canceled until 24 hours after the closing. When you don't want the item anymore at your initial bid amount, you simply click the label :
When you want to keep the item at your initial bid, there is nothing you need to do.
In the 24 hours following the closing, you can buy an item at its Reserve price, you simply click the label
The items that did not receive a bid within the BidAsk spread within 24 hours after closing remain unsold and are no longer available.

2./ When ready, go to the Invoice & Certificate section From here, you can see your Invoice and download and print certificates.
3./ Payment
Your invoice is in the Invoice & Certificate section.
You may pay your invoice in US$ or Euros and we
accept most credit cards, PayPal, and direct bank wires.
4./ Shipping address
Please double-check your shipping and billing address and let us know if you need any changes. You can add a new shipping address in the Address Book. Due to Tax calculation reasons, you can only add a shipping address; but not change it. Please contact us so we can adjust your details.
5./ SHIPPING
Maps are shipped flat between solid cardboard or in solid tubes. For parcels of more than 2kg,
an additional fee applies. You are billed at the prevailing postal rate.
If you have an account with FedEx, DHL or UPS, we can send it using your account, and no shipping fee is added to your bill.
In the Client Center, you can update your shipping preferences.
Our shipping centers are in USA and Europe. For the convenience of our buyers, we try to ship purchases made by European buyers from Europe. When possible, these items are sold in the European margin scheme, and no VAT / BTW or import duties are charged.

A flat shipping fee is added to each shipment.
This covers:
- Shipping to North America, Canada and Europe is a flat fee of $25 (send by DHL)
- Shipping to South America, Australia, New Zealand, and Thailand, Mauritius, a shipping fee of $ 50 will be charged.
Packing and Insurance (up to the invoice amount) are included.
Shortly before shipment, we will email you a shipping notification with the tracking number.
Check the shipping address carefully! Please update your shipping address here and contact us immediately about your update.
Purchases in Europe and Asia will be shipped as much as possible from Europe — shipments in North America and Canada from USA.
When will my items ship?
We will try to ship it out as soon as possible. However, due to the large volume
of items to be shipped, this may take up to 7-10 days after the close of the sale. You are informed by email about the shipping date and
tracking/registration number.
Hold Shipment option
We've added an option to put your shipping on hold. This can be incredibly convenient for people who want to buy several items at different auctions and ship them together.
The service is free, and you pay only once the shipment fee.
You will pay the shipping fee the first time we put your shipment on hold. The next time, you don't get charged for shipping.
You can add as many items as you like.
