3 parts in 1 volume. Title page "Teatro della guerra, Gli Argonauti, title page dated 1706, title page of Belgio 116 views and plans, partly folded, and 9 text leaves as per the Index;
Confederate Belgium: title page, title page "Confederate Belgium", and 108 views and plans, partly folded, and 10 text leaves; title page "Places Possessed by Confederate Belgium Outside Europe", 14 views and plans, as per the Index.
Compared to the Index, the author's portrait and plan of Avenes are missing, but there is a third view of Philippe-Ville.
This extremely rare collection also includes regions outside Europe, including the Cocos (Keeling) Islands, the Hoorn Islands, and New Zealand.
The "Teatro della Guerra" (Theatre of War) is a rare work, originally intended to consist of forty-eight volumes, but only twenty-seven were published in Venice between 1706 and 1709, although they bear different indications. According to Coronelli, the Theater of War was to be "divided into XXXXVIII parts, in which are precisely delineated ... the kingdoms, provinces, cities, fortresses ... described up to the year 1700: the kingdoms, provinces, cities ... of Europe, Asia, Africa, and both Americas, in plan, view, or elevation, with their new fortifications." It contains a description of the states involved in the War of the Spanish Succession.

Color Key
We offer many maps in their original black and white condition. We do not systematically color-up maps to make them more sellable to the general public or buyer.
Copper engraved or wood block maps are always hand colored. Maps were initially colored for aesthetic reasons and to improve readability. Nowadays, it is becoming a challenge to find maps in their original colors and are therefor more valuable.
We use the following color keys in our catalog:
Original colors; mean that the colors have been applied around the time the map was issued.
Original o/l colors; means the map has only the borders colored at the time of publication.
Colored; If the colors are applied recently or at the end of the 20th century.

Shipping fee
A flat shipping fee of $ 30 is added to each shipment by DHL within Europe and North America. This covers : International Priority shipping, Packing and Insurance (up to the invoice amount).
Shipments to Asia are $ 40 and rest of the world $50
