The manuscript belonged to François Henri de Pérignon, Marquis de Pérignon, who was was born in Montech on February 23, 1793 and died in Granada on October 12, 1841.

Under the ex-libris a heraldic composition evokes the arms of the owner: a ram passing and bypassed, the head crowned with a patriarchal cross; the whole crowned by a crown of marquis.
