Condition: In it's original "Western Exploration" cloth covers. Two lithographed maps printed on very thin paper. Some paper splits near crossing of folds. Spine with some minor repairs. Maps partly with discolouration due to oxidation of glue.

One of the earliest, and most important government maps of the Great Salt Lake area. Wheat - "Definitive map of Great Salt Lake". Two classics of significant importance in western map making and exploration.
