Amsterdam, 1616, Uncoloured.. 92x133mm. Good condition with a dark impression, several small worm holes, some affecting engraved image, mostly to the lower right portion of the map.
Fine miniature map of Prussia, now-a-day Poland. Bertius was a Flemish theologian, historian, geographer and cartographer. This little copperplate gem was engraved by van den Keere for the Bertius's excellent atlas 'Tabularum Geographicarum Contractarum'.
